Manufactured using single-ply 40 GSM tissue paper with an 8-inch sheet width, these hardwound rolls provide an optimal balance of absorbency, strength, and controlled usage. The hardwound construction ensures smooth dispensing and reduced waste in high-traffic washrooms. Tissue paper is produced from FSC® certified virgin or recycled pulp and converted into single-ply 40 GSM sheets under controlled conditions. The paper is tightly wound into hardwound rolls to ensure consistent density and smooth dispensing. Embossing, perforation, or continuous roll formats are applied based on customer and dispenser requirements. The manufacturing process is chlorine-free and chemical-free, ensuring the product remains soft, skin-safe, and suitable for frequent hand drying. To support varying operational requirements, EarthCleanse hardwound hand towel rolls are supplied in multiple roll length options—600 feet, 800 feet, and 1000 feet—allowing customers to select the most suitable configuration based on dispenser type and usage frequency. The rolls are available in perforated format for dispensers without an auto-cut mechanism and continuous (non-perforated) format for dispensers equipped with a cutting blade. Both embossed and non-embossed variants are offered to meet different absorbency and texture preferences.
