Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are not accepted after the 7-day window unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom private-label or OEM orders
  • Bulk orders unless defective

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect — EarthCleanse covers return shipping.
  • For all other return reasons — customers pay return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless defective).

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items at no extra cost. For bulk B2B orders, all return orders must be brought to our designated warehouse from where the order was dispatched.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@earthcleanse.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)
