1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. public holidays will ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations & Coverage

  • We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States.
  • We ship worldwide as long as the customer pays the shipping fee and applicable duties/taxes.
  • Shipping availability and restrictions may differ based on country regulations.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Customer’s location
  • Selected shipping method
  • Carrier service availability

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout, but actual timelines may vary.

4. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional fees.
  • If duties are refused, resulting in shipment return, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Delays caused by customs are outside EarthCleanse’s control.

5. Tracking

Tracking details are emailed automatically once the order has shipped.

6. Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Weather interruptions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Unexpected logistical issues

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos and order number
  3. We will arrange a replacement or resolution

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier.
