The Story
One job, done properly
We offer PS in exactly one line, heavy-duty cutlery, and we tell you plainly what it is.
PS is the rigid, economical cutlery plastic: crystal-stiff, food-safe and dependable at high volume where budgets are tight. A fork that bends in a heavy meal is waste twice over: the fork and the frustration. PS does not bend.
We do not stock PS across the range, and we do not dress it up. It appears where it genuinely serves a customer who needs strength at the lowest cost per piece, clearly labelled as what it is. When you are ready to move on from it, our CPLA and birchwood cutlery are the upgrade, and we would rather sell you those.

Questions, answered
Because some operations genuinely need strength at the lowest cost per piece today, and we would rather supply that honestly, clearly labelled, than pretend the need does not exist while a customer buys it elsewhere
It is code #6. Kerbside acceptance varies by area; many regions run drop-off programs that take it. Check your local guidance.

Our compostable cutlery ranges are the future of this category, and we actively point customers toward them. PS remains available while there is a real need for it.
