The people running it day to day
A founder's story gets written about, but a business runs on the people who show up every day. Our plants, our US warehouses in Hayward and Baltimore, and the teams handling sourcing, quality, export documentation and customer support turn an order into a pallet delivered to your dock.
Srikanth Bolla, Founder
Born blind in a village in Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth was refused admission to study science in India because of his disability. He challenged that decision, studied abroad and returned home to build a manufacturing group rather than take a job at one.
Bollant Industries employs thousands of people across multiple plants. Women make up 70–80% of its workforce, and the company employs many differently-abled colleagues. Inclusion is not a separate programme; it is part of the company's approach to hiring.
Built by people the world overlooked, for a planet we all share.
