These plates are designed to provide strength, hygiene, and functional performance while reducing environmental impact. Manufactured from sugarcane bagasse, the natural fibrous residue left after sugarcane juice extraction, these plates are produced using a clean molded-fiber process. The fibers are cleaned, pulped, and molded under high heat and pressure to form sturdy, food-safe plates without the use of plastics, synthetic coatings, or harmful chemicals. Sugarcane bagasse, an agricultural by-product, is collected after juice extraction and thoroughly cleaned. The fibers are then pulped and molded under high heat and pressure using a chemical-free molded-fiber process. This process creates strong, rigid plates that are safe for direct food contact.
No plastic, bleach, PFAS, or synthetic coatings are used at any stage of manufacturing, ensuring the plates remain completely natural and compostable. The three-compartment round design allows clear separation of main dishes, sides, curries, breads, or desserts, helping maintain food presentation, portion control, and hygiene. These plates perform reliably with hot, cold, wet, and oily foods, making them suitable for a wide range of meal applications.
