No chemicals. No coatings. No dyes. No wax. No plastic lining of any kind. The claim holds because there is nothing there that could fail it - and because we make these in our own plants from leaves gathered by more than a thousand farmer micro-entrepreneurs, we can say exactly where each one came from.
The range runs from a 6-inch appetizer plate to a 12-inch platter, in round and square. Every size is the same material, the same construction and the same strength - the only thing that changes is the job it is doing.
| 6″ Round & Square | Appetizers, desserts, tasting portions, canapes | The mini plate. Starters, dessert stations, tasting menus and kids’ portions |
| 8″ Round | Snacks, desserts, light meals, side plates | The everyday small plate - a slice of cake, a side salad, a light lunch. |
| 8″ Square | Snacks, appetizers, presentation plating | The square shape lifts presentation, so it suits events where the plate is seen. |
| 10″ Round | Full meals, dinner service, everyday use | The standard dinner plate and the size most kitchens standardise on. |
| 12″ Round | Large meals, serving platters, restaurant service | The platter. Sharing plates, buffet service and generously loaded mains. |

Specifications
Break the plate up and put it in a home compost bin or a garden heap. In sixty to ninety days it is soil. In a commercial facility it is faster. There is no lining to peel off first and nothing left behind, and food residue actually helps it break down - so a plate that has been used is easier to compost than a clean one, not harder.
