Spoons, forks and knives at one hundred and ten, one hundred and forty and one hundred and sixty millimetres, in regular and premium, with a pro extra-deep series where a heavier utensil is wanted. What separates good wooden cutlery from bad is entirely finish, so every piece is sanded and checked by hand against the light until there is nothing on it to catch a lip.
Nothing is applied afterwards, no varnish and no lacquer, which is why this wooden cutlery composts cleanly with food waste rather than lingering. Cafes, canteens, weddings, parties and camping trips all draw on the same range, and stirrers, stir sticks and ice-cream sticks round it out.
