Corrugated and solid-board boxes in brown and white at ten and twelve inches, vented so a crust arrives crisp rather than steamed soft.
The board holds heat long enough for a delivery run while letting moisture escape, which is the balance every pizzeria is trying to strike. The same range covers sandwich and sub boxes for delis working to the same problem at a smaller scale, and all of it recycles clean or composts where food residue rules it out of paper recycling.
