Grease-proof sheets from thirty-two to forty gsm, plain or printed, for wrapping, lining and interleaving.
The resistance is in the paper itself rather than in a coating, so a burger wrapped at the pass does not mark through on the way to the table and a basket liner does not turn transparent. Delis, burger kitchens and bakeries use them constantly, and because there is no plastic film involved the wrap composts with whatever food was left on it.
