Srikanth Bolla stands as a beacon of resilience and a symbol of the unyielding human spirit. Born visually impaired, he has never let physical limitations define his journey. Instead, he crafted a path filled with groundbreaking achievements and transformative impact.

Defying societal constraints, Srikanth challenged an education system that excluded visually impaired students from studying science and mathematics. With the support of his school and a landmark legal victory, he reshaped educational opportunities for countless others. His journey took him to the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he became the first international visually impaired student to excel in the Sloan School of Management’s Management Science program.

In 2012, Srikanth co-founded Bollant Industries with Ravi Mantha. This venture is more than a thriving business—it is a mission to empower differently-abled individuals and champion environmental sustainability. Bollant Industries employs hundreds of people with disabilities while focusing on eco-friendly manufacturing, such as recycling waste plastics and creating biodegradable packaging.
