Rigid plates and bowls with a smooth modern finish for cold and warm service, made from corn starch rather than oil. The surface is closer to hard plastic than to fibre, which suits events and venues where a fibre plate reads as too casual for the setting.
They hold their structure under a full plate of food and go into commercial composting at the end of the night. Where a venue has no industrial stream, bagasse does the same job and composts at home.
